Brand identity design and website
for the Portuguese footwear brand
Gil Carvalho was one of the first projects for which we got to be involved right at the very beginning, helping to define the entire brand concept, voice and aesthetics. It was also one of our first e-commerce projects.
The brand identity was founded on a strongly disciplined, minimalist / Bauhaus aesthetic. The website was ultra-minimalist, and focused on the idea of movement as an information organiser. Rather than "pages", the entire website was one space, with shoes and information moving in and out of the picture instead.
